Coaching Philosophy

Auskick Coaches are there to introduce kids to AFL with gentle encouragement. Auskick is all about fun, so our coaches are encouraged to create opportunities for kids to enjoy both structured and free-play. The focus is on improvement rather than “winning” and all kids should receive equal time and attention.
